Great location with stunning views of the lake and mountains! The cozy rooms made for a comfortable stay, and I loved the breakfast variety, especially the egg station. Just a heads up about the gym being on the smaller side, but overall, a solid experience!

The breakfast options are free with unlimited barista coffee and goodies, for example.

Thanks a lot guys for the service! Modern and overall clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is very good! The units are huge, brand-new with a view.

it was the best decision made to stay in this wonderful hotel.This was our second visit to queenstown and were looking for a centrally located decent hotel.What we experienced was luxury.Very friendly front office and restaurant staff who were ever so helpful in making our stay very comfortable..

The rooms are large with large bathrooms. Marvellous and beautiful location for visiting pubs and casinos so close to the hotel.

I appreciated the room, it was reasonably sized and well laid out and with a king size bed, a fantastic view. Location: the hotel was short walk to bars along the lake, Queenstown town centre, Skyline and restaurants and main shopping area.

The location of the hotel made it easy to explore. There could have been better amenities in the room. It was a pleasant stay as a solo traveler with friendly staff who were helpful.

Staff were excellent and we thought the service was superb. Room was nicely laid out and decor was nice. Pillow Menu was particularly appreciated by my husband.

Didn't particularly like the buffet breakfast and thought was poor value for money but that was it.

we get an complimentary upgrade from court yard room to lake view room after we returned again to the hotel after hiking..a very sweet and lovely surprise. we enjoyed very much. the location is excellent. clean room and very comfortable bed.

we enjoyed our stay very much, would liked to have stayed longer , close to every thing that you wanted, reception and staff were excellent King bed was very comfortable , room was quiet the block out drapes were good as we are light sleepers, had a great view of mnts & lake, did not eat at hotel, wanted to try restaurants in town, would love to stay there again .

We were on honeymoon during the stay and guess what, the luggage boy knocked our door with a bottle of wine!! We received the warmest suprise and hospitality from the staff. It was a great time to stay!!

Really good location right opposite steamer wharf.
